What are you up to?

My passion is sharing cutting-edge consciousness skills with people to influence beneficial change in the world. I am devoted to exploring and expanding peoples personal awareness, as well as assisting them to engage and take action in the world.
One of the current projects that I am excited about is my 9-month Leadership and Coaching Immersion program which is about to begin this October.
In this program we focus on each person finding their life purpose and illuminating their unique gifts and genius qualities. I also train people with body-centered coaching skills and to be able to facilitate this work. Some join this program to become coaches and others to take these skills into their current profession and to expand their leadership abilities. Regardless of why people join, they come out the other side transformed and embodying a new level of ease, fun and power.
My other passion is leading retreats and facilitating within organizations, like the YPO, and various business settings, where I hand-tailor programs to best support the groups fullest creative capacity and more importantly a richer life experience for each person.
I also coach couples, and individuals in creating enduring, vibrant, personal and professional relationships.
I am deeply grateful to have work that I love and would rather be doing than almost anything else in the world!
