What vision do you have for your life and your coaching practice?
My vision is to support individuals, partnerships and organizations in living out their potential by providing products and services that support discovery, creative thinking and inspired action.
What are the top three things you love about coaching?
Curiosity – I have always been a masterful question asker (decades ago this drove my family crazy) due to my genuine curiosity. Coaching is an opportunity for me to apply my curiosity and blend it with radical acceptance to create an invitation to transform potential into inspired action.
Discovery – I appreciate that I do not have to know everything, I am a guide available to facilitate an unimaginable process of unfolding discovery.
Change – Witnessing sustainable change in other people’s lives is the most rewarding experience I can imagine.

Traveled solo for a year; Lived in Spain for 3, working as a translator; Managed a residential property with 360 apartments; Worked in corporate consulting (focusing on culture and leadership development) with large and small organizations; and Learned to Juggle and much, much more.
What makes you laugh?
Life is so funny, I laugh every day. My favorite belly-laugh memories all share these three things: friends, something unexpected and shared understanding.

Who are your top three people you would want to coach and why?
Angelina Jolie – I appreciate her value system and her attempt to maintain sight on world issues in the midst of Hollywood drama. This is a life I know I can support her in continuing to create.
The brilliant guy walking down the street talking to himself (picture Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting) – I believe we are all getting in our own way and that once we get out of our way anything is possible. This kind of character is a perfect example of how, with a dose of consciousness and a new toolbox, life can turn around in a hurry.
What were the greatest benefits you received from studying at the Hendricks Institute?
Studying with the Hendricks Institute has changed my life 10 times over (at least!) and I am eternally grateful for the learning I have created while participating in the LAT program. Above all I am grateful for my capacity to see, feel and experience my wholeness, allowing me to source my actions from essence.
The movie that inspired me most was_______.Why? The Book?
The Matrix inspires me to regularly ask myself ‘do I see the whole picture’ and regularly adopt new perspecitves. The Difference by Scott Page is an academic-ish book on the diversity of thought, sharing potent research proving we all process information differently and the ‘diversity’ that is most important is the diversity of thought.
What brings you the most joy in your day to day life?
I fill my life with a variety of activities rooted in my genius – all of which fuel me endlessly. What brings me the MOST joy is sparking possibilities in myself and others.
