Exploring Essence Pace Moving through the World with Awareness
Date: September 26, 2019
Time: 3pm PST
Many of us have gotten our natural rhythms messed with. For some, the sense of urgency or rushing guides our days. For others, the feeling of life passing by, floating from distraction to distraction, is common. In this one hour online class, Crystal Dawn will share the simple and transformational practice of moving through the world at your Essence Pace which was developed by Kathlyn Hendricks.
- How to create an experience of expanding time.
- Whether you move through life a little ahead of yourself.
- When to slow down to increase your awareness of the world around you.
- How walking in your essence pace gives you awareness of yourself.
This will be an interactive class, so log in from a space that you can move around in.

Embodied Presence A Gateway to Insight and Empowerment
Date: October 9, 2019
Time: 6pm PST
Embodied presence is a tangible quality that we can feel, which creates space to relax, open, and connect. Presencing is coming home to inhabit our bodies, hearts, and breath vs. something we do only with our minds. Through presencing, we strengthen our ability to receive insights, and tap into our inner wisdom. When we embody presence and value being home within our bodies, we are empowered, as our bodies, breath and nervous systems reflect our true experience. Join this powerful and fun class to honor your inner wisdom, connect, and bring your whole self out to explore and play!
Enjoy whole-body presencing practices such as:
- Breathing to connect with yourself and increase self-acceptance
- How to embody specific qualities through your breathing and gentle movement, i.e. grounding, softening, energizing, expanding, etc.
- Integrating feelings and thoughts within your whole-body awareness
- How turning toward your embodied experience supports trauma resolution
- Circulating your attention to connect and relate with others
- Being of service by radiating your presence, wherever you are

Leadership and Transformation Graduate
Rhonda is a trauma-informed embodiment coach who explores what’s deeply essential and facilitates wholeness, embodied connection, and discovery. Her work is influenced by her studies with Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait beginning in 2003. She stands on her decades of experience as a professional dancer and movement teacher, as well as certifications in Nonviolent Communication and Transformation Leadership. Since 2018, Rhonda has been studying online with Thomas Huebl.
Rhonda credits Kathlyn Hendricks, Ph.D. as a primary influence in her work. Within the transformational incubator that Kathlyn founded, Rhonda’s understanding of the intersection between consciousness, attention, embodiment, stillness, movement, connection, leadership, play and so much more began to coalesce. For that, she is eternally grateful! Rhonda joined the LAT in 2008, graduated in 2010, and continues to presence - connect - play with Kathlyn and crew!
